He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Mottern Sutton; his sons, Brayden Scott Sutton, Jackson Lee "Tater" Sutton and Mason Alexander "Turkey" Sutton; his mother Cheri Wood Sutton; his sisters, Amanda, Cindy and Rachel; his in-laws, Bobby and Sandy Mottern; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be sent to the Jefferson County Volunteer Rescue Squad or deposited into a fund established for Jeremy's children through Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union.
