He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kelley Noe; his parents, Barney Noe and Maude Noe; and his siblings, B. H. Noe, Harold Noe, Mary Anderson, Margaret Oaten and Virginia Honeycutt.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law Hugh Wood; his grandson Justin; and his great grandchildren, Easton and Greyson Wood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
