She was predeceased by: her children, James Tracy Smith and Tammy Lynne Clenney; and her grandson James Matthew Clenney. She is survived by: her daughter Tara Rene Binkley. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; many other friends.
