Evelyn McKinney Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn McKinney of White Pine, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn McKinney to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband E. H. McKinney Jr.; her parents, Seldon Stepp and Anna Victoria Stepp; and her brothers, Seldon Stepp Jr. and Douglas Alan Stepp.

She is survived by: her son Marlon McKinney (Rhonda) of Atlanta, GA; her granddaughters, Megan McKinney of Knoxville and Lauren Miller (Phil) of Nashville; her great grandchild Cohen Miller; her cousin Bobbie Strange of White Pine; and also Rebecca Keathley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - White Pine (1806 Main St, White Pine, TN 37890). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Pine Cemetery (1605 Moyers St, White Pine, TN 37890).
