He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Burl and Nannie Reed Alexander; and his sister Peggy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty M Alexander; and his children, Michael Alexander (Lisa) and Kathie Starnes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
