He is survived by: his children, Cecil Sartain and Haley Sartain; his mother Francis Sartain; his sisters, Kathy Larsen and Robin Rector (David); the mother of his children Rita Talley; and his parents-in-law, Fain and Mary Talley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
