He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Smith and Marjorie Gammon Smith; his mother-in-law Nell Brewer; and his brother-in-law Ed Jones. He is survived by: his wife Tammy O'Dell Smith; his children, Glenn Smith, Jeremy Smith (Chelsea) and Madison Smith; his grandchildren, Alliana and Willow; his father-in-law Ben Brewer; his siblings, Chuck Smith (Teresa), Glenda Jones and Amy Maxey (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, James Knight and Sandi Castellaw (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
