He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Clabough (Sean); his stepchildren, Belinda Sheedy (Shane), Randall Biggs Jr. (Amanda) and Alan Biggs (Meghan); his grandchildren, Kaleb, Kinslie Biggs, Kyra, Chiane, Trinity Sheedy, Kenyon, Essence, Emmy-Lou, Jasper and Lucyan Biggs; his great grandchildren, Kimberly, Kyler Biggs, Kylin, Aspen and Kaden Self; and his brother David Phillips. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
