He is survived by: his significant other Cheyenne Jinks; his children, Brett Mincey, Rylee Tipton, Willow Mincey and Emili Smith; and his siblings, Nathan Mincey (Missy), Gary Ray Vance II, Lisa Stone (Brian), Teresa Mitchell (Michael) and Wanda Kaylyn Vance.
