He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carter; his daughters, Vicki Harrell, Rhonda Osgood (Duane) and Christy Evans (Richard); his grandchildren, Gray Harrell, Emily Harrell, Brent Osgood and Katie Coffey; his great grandchildren, Carter Harrell, Beckett Harrell, Kylie Trojanowski, Mason Osgood, Aiden Osgood and Ella Kate Coffey; and his siblings, Lemuel Carter, Richard Carter (Traci), Alma Gosnell, Barb Carter and Linda Choate.
