He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Mary Carol Hazelwood (Mark); his grandchildren, Josh Hazelwood (Makayla) and Caroline Hazelwood; his siblings, Gerald Horner and Rhonda Epps (Danny); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Hall, John Hall (Glenda), Brenda Saffles (Jim) and Jim. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
