He is survived by: his wife ReDel Cawthon of White House, Tennessee; his sons, Cavin Cawthon (Charlotte) of Brewton, Alabama and Reed Cawthon (Jenni) of White House, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Olivia Yates (Chad) of White House, Tennessee, Ivy Woodward (Mitch) of White House, Tennessee, Christian Cawthon of Atlanta, Jessi Cawthon of White House, Tennessee, John Robert Cawthon of Atlanta and Preston Cawthon of Brewton, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Wells Yates, Daisy Woodward and Holly Woodward; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Holman (Barry), Fonceil Blake (David), Patricia Spear (Tim), Naomi Kohen (David), Heather Myers (Bill) and John Townsend (Yvonne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
