He was predeceased by: his son William O. Payne III. He is survived by: his wife Marie Payne; his daughter Veronica Nicole Gourley (Jeremy); his sister Victoria Grant; and his grandchildren, Austin Payne (Haven), Jackson Payne, Autumn May (Christopher) and Timothy Dalton Payne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home White House (533 TN-76, White House, TN 37188). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
