He is survived by: his children, Bryan Hawkins (Wendy) of Hendersonville, TN and Ashley Dugan (Rusty) of White House, TN; his sisters, Nancy WIlliams of Huntsville, AL, Betty Lee (Jim) of Nappa VIne, WA and Mai Thacker of Hermitage, TN; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Hunter, Bailey, Mallorie, Meredith and Madeline.
