He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Shirley and Otto Shirley; his grandparents, Harry and Effie Johnson; and his sister Bonnie Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Becky M. Shirley; his children, Stacey Old (Kevin) and Justin Shirley; his grandsons, Jackson Old and Lincoln Old; and his siblings, Jodi Shelton and Peanut Shirley (Pam). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives.
