He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hamby and Peggy Sproles Hamby. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hamby of White House, TN; his sons, Coty Hamby (Lore) of Clarksville, TN, Matthew Chamberlain (Amanda) of Goodlettsville, TN and David Chamberlain of White House, TN; his sister Kristina Collins (Mark) of Cummings, GA; and his grandchildren, Derrick, AJ and Julian.
