She was predeceased by: her parents, H. E. Carmack and Vessie Carmack; her brother James Carmark (Dorothy Jones); her husband Roy Hoover; and her son Thomas Hoover.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Harrison (Gary); her grandchildren, Amy Gregory, Chad Harrison, Rodney Hoover and Lori Waltington; her great grandchildren, Peyton Hoover, Taylor McCarter, Logan Waltington, McKenna Harrison, Cody Hoover, Courtney Hoover, Jon Michael Harrison and Ryleigh Harrison; her great great grandchild Brystal Lee; her siblings, Katherine Campbell and Carl Carmack; and her sister-in-law Joyce Baker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Alive Hospice in Nashville.
