He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard Tharp and Lorena Babe Lynn; and his son Steven Ray Tharp. He is survived by: his significant other Marlyn Kay Laudermilk; his children, Dedra Christine Kuehne, Becky Ann Fancher and Jana Gae Cappadona (Jerry); his grandchildren, Alex Kuehne (Andrea), Sarah Fitch (Matt), Matthew Tharp (Peggy), Jerry Cappadona Jr. and Kenny Cappadona (Ginger); his great grandchildren, Makenzie and Jack Kuehne; his sister Adora Marie Cortner; and his children, George and Kay.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church (1729 Stop Thirty Rd, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
