He is survived by: his son Tommy Curtis (Vera) of Orlinda, TN; his daughter-in-law Nina Curtis; his siblings, Randall Curtis of Tompkinsville, KY, Jacob Curtis (Charlene) of Bowling Green, KY and Tildon Murphy of Tompkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Chrissy Shanks (Brandon), Ashley Thompson (Dave), Paige Bryant (Paul), Caity Yokley (Tyler), Matt Priest, Chelsea Kirk (Terrence) and Ryker Curtis. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
