He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Minchew Harrell and Hadassah Stoutamire Bass Harrell; and his brother Kirby Kenneth Bass. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Eugene Bass (Gail) of Tallahassee, FL, Maxwell Minchew Harrell (Phillis), Betty Koval of White House, TN and Joan Cox of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
