He is survived by: his wife Linda Russell of White Bluff, TN; his children, Thomas Wayne Russell of Flemingsburg, KY, John Edward Lane of Vanleer, TN, Sara, Shawn Griffin of Cleveland, TN, Starlette Ruff of Sandusky, OH and Amanda Hall (Bobby) of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Thomas Russell Jr. of Vanleer, TN and Roseann Russell of Vanleer, TN.. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
