He was predeceased by: his father Paul Murphree; his wife Barbara Tickle Murphree; and his sister Elizabeth Murphree. He is survived by: his children, Scott Murphree (Donna) of Burns, TN and Rhonda Allbert (Jammie) of White Bluff, TN; his brother Charles Murphree (Anne) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Matthew Murphree of Hickman County, Kayla Carmouche (Ryan) of Nashville, TN and Brandi Campbell (Ray) of Ashland City, TN; his great grandchildren, Harley Minix, Raylee Campbell, Abby Campbell, Coby Campbell, Adelynn Murphree, Ireland Morgan, Gideon Morgan and Bryleigh Morgan; and his pet Amos.
