He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Pat and Dollie Ashworth Leech; and his siblings, Daisy Morgan, Wallace Leech, Juanita Knight, George Leech, Bobby Leech and Connie Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Oneida Leech; his children, Tosha Curtis (R. W.) and Patrick Leech (Jennifer); and his granddaughter Samantha Leech. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
