He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Mason and Dinah Sue Cook; his sister Angela Rector; and his grandparents, Roy Elmo Cook and Susie Mae Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cook of White Bluff; his stepparents, Lonnie Conner of Monroe, TN and Linda Mason of White Bluff, TN; his sons, Nick Cook and Cody Cook (Jay Jay) of Charlotte, TN; and his siblings, Bobby Conner, Sr. (Millersville), Sammy Mason (Amy), Jimmy Mason (Cindy), Tony Conner (Amy) of Monroe, TN, Pam Vineyard Rhonda Duncan (Eli) and Marsha Aulidge (Aaron) of White Bluff, TN.
