He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Phillips; his sons, Richard Allen Phillips of Dickson, TN, Jeffery Steven Phillips of White Bluff, TN, Kenneth Scott Phillips of Cedar Hill, TN and Jason Elliott Phillips (Karen) of Dickson, TN; his grandchildren, Nathan Richard Phillips, Samantha Morgan Phillips, Jeffery Scott Phillips, Lianna Irvin, Jason Neil Cathey, Rosie Cauthen, Roxie Cauthen and Trey Phillips Cantrell; and his brother-in-law Michael Thornton (Penny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces.
