Slaughter (Danielle) of Indiana; his daughters, April Knobel of White Bluff, TN and Amanda Mayo (Dalton) of Smithville, TN; his stepdaughter Misty Gray-Winnett of Gallatin, TN; his siblings, Barry Dale Puckett of White Bluff, TN. and Vonda Renee Puckett of Murfreesboro, TN.; his grandchildren, Taylor Knobel, Addie Knobel, Luke Knobel, Turner Knobel, Bella Puckett, Jace Kerr, Isaiah Mayo, Olivia Mayo, Hanna Slaughter, Lily Slaughter, Trinity Stinson, Kylee Slaughter, Micheal Slaughter and Hudson Slaughter; his stepgrandchildren, Abagail Winnett, Paige Winnett and Lincoln Winnett; and his niece Malea Wilson (Sam).
