He is survived by: his wife Connie Ryan Shockley of White Bluff, TN; his daughters, Jessica Lynn Warrick and Jamie Ann Myracle of Ashland City, TN; his stepbrother Curtis Nevins of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Brighton James Shockley, Jayden Danielle Fraley, Benjamin Cooper Warrick, Cassidy Lynn Warrack and MaryJoe Grace King.
