He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Sneed Hawkins and Margaret Inman Hawkins; and his daughter-in-law Hollie Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hawkins; his children, Greg Hawkins, Susan Horne (Darryl) and Matt Hawkins (Kim); his grandchildren, Clay Hawkins (Ashlyn), Colton Hawkins, Connor Hawkins, Justin Adams (Kimmee), Hallie Horne, Hayden Horne, Maverick Hawkins and Sydney Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Evy Adams, Brody Adams, Mathis Hawkins and Myatt Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Leatherwood in care of White Bluff Church of Christ.
