She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Violet and Clora Garland Violet; her husband Clay Mattox; and her grandson Nathaniel Clay Kaiser. She is survived by: her children, Chris Mattox (Carla) of White Bluff and Gail Lynch (Frank) of McEwen; her siblings, Ruth Abee of Morristown, Margie Norwood (Jimmy) of Leoma, Martha Sudduth of Murfreesboro and Elder Paul Violet of Smithville; her grandchildren, Callie Silvers (Will) of Vanleer and Connor Mattox of White Bluff; and her great grandchild Liam Silvers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
For those desiring, memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
