With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennie Walton Spann (White Bluff, Tennessee), born in Dickson, Tennessee, who passed away on March 15, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Spann and Ruth Spann; his wife Ruby Fay Spann; his mother-in-law Robbie Hayes; his brother Carl Spann (Anita); his brother-in-law Don Griffin; his nephew Andy Spann; his great-nephew Patrick Carl Spann; and his great-niece Kelsey Spann.
He is survived by: his children, Spook Spann (Marty) of White Bluff, TN, Bunnie Cherry (Tim) of Dickson, TN and Angel Lunn (Jeff) of Burns, TN; his grandchildren, Cassie Spann, Coleman Spann (Summer Eagleson), Andrew (Anna Cherry), Amy (Ashley Jenkins) and Cale (Brien Lunn); his great grandchild Abigail Jenkins; his siblings, Guy Spann (Johnnie) of White Bluff, TN, Patsy Brown (Carner) of White Bluff, TN, Judy Griffin of White Bluff, TN and Wanda Harris (Don) of Charlotte, TN; and also Carol Smith of Monkeys Eyebrow, KY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his side-kick, companion.
