He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie V. Legon Pickard and Elmer Chestley; and his son Steve Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Imogene; his children, Stacee E. Kelley (Brad) of White Bluff, TN., David C. Pickard Jr. (Robin) of Dickson, TN and Russell Pickard (Anita) of McEwen, TN.; his grandchildren, Chrystal, Brian, Heath, Lucas, Clint, Kelly, Chancey, Colton and Jason; and his brother Richard Pickard. He is also survived by son 24 Great Grandchildren 1 Great Great Grandchildren.
