She is survived by: her mother Candie Fisher Brooks; her husband David Brooks, Sr.; her father Charles "Chuck" Tanner, Jr.; her children, Alexis Brooke Wells, Alexandria Blayke Wells and James Wells; her grandmothers, Peggy Fisher and Eulene Tanner; and her aunts and uncles, Tammy Forkum, Teri Tanner, Charlene Griffin, Brenda Klein, Karen Tanner, Greg Fisher, Jim Klein, Pierre Griffin, Tommy Tanner, Jason Tanner and Mark Omohundro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to help with final expenses.
