She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Allen Sr. and Dorothy Barfield Gentry (Brown); her husband Kenneth Stokes; her son Kenneth Allen Stokes; and her brothers, Billy Allen and James Barfield.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Stokes (Shelby) and Becky Clark (Jeff); her grandchildren, Martha Harding (Keith), Matthew England (Amber), Brad Stokes (Lori), John Stokes and Allen Stokes (Cheyenne); her great grandchildren, Bethany Quinn (Tyler), Taylor Harding (Carter), Bryson Harding (Hannah), Gunner England, Oliver England, JP Stokes and Simon Stokes; and her great great grandchildren, Titus Quinn and Kohen Quinn.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Barfield/Stokes Scholarship fund. Checks can be made payable to White Bluff church of Christ.
