It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Spicer of White Bluff, Tennessee, born in Fairview, Tennessee, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Thomas and Alma Thomas (Deal); and her siblings, Nancy Tanksley, Wayne Spicer, Elizabeth Cantrell and PeeWee.

She is survived by: her siblings, Alan Spicer (Rita), Linda Buie and Dawn Patrick.
