He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Cary and Pauline Cary (Todd); and his sister Karen Burns. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Cary; his daughter Gina Ledsinger (Landon) of Mixie; his siblings, Joan Parish of Huntingdon, Max Cary (Pansy) of Clarksburg, Jerry Cary (Helen) of Fairview, Terry Cary (Donna) of Huntingdon, Ricky Cary (Cookie) of Westport and Randy Cary (Alissa) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Eric McMinn (Brittany) of Westport and Ryan McMinn (Britney) of Dickson; and his great grandchildren, Sophie McMinn and Sadie James McMinn.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to: Freed-Hardeman University, Memphis School of Preaching, and Westport Church of Christ.
