It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise White Horn of Westport, Tennessee, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Carnell and Ludie Carnell (Spain); her former husband Billy Ray White; and her husband Tom Horn. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Tippitt (Tommy) of Huntingdon and Linda Hampton (Brian) of Westport; her brother Billy Carnell (Dorothy) of Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Blake Courtney (Jill), Ashton Lange (Matt), Brett Hampton (Emily) and Brad Hampton (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Colton King, Tucker Courtney, Hudson Courtney, Jaxon Courtney, Grace Lange, Mattie Wes Lange and Merritt Louise Hampton.
