He is survived by : his daughter Cheyanne Burr of Fredericksburg, VA; his mother Peggy Davis Shay of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his siblings, Audrey Gail Dickson (Doug) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Dr. William Robert Burr (Denise) of Toms River, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
