He is survived by: his wife Frances Rowena Caperton of Westpoint, TN; his children, Gary Caperton (Peggy) of Columbia and Debbie Caperton (John Puckett) of Westland, MI; his siblings, Bobbie Nell Caperton McCrory of St. Joseph, TN, Anna Ruth Caperton Dobbs of Ethridge, TN and Donald Rex Caperton of Westpoint, TN; his sister-in-law Fayetta Caperton of Collinwood, TN; and his grandchildren, Brandon Caperton of Spring Hill, TN, Lauren Kennedy (Cody) of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Shelby Caperton of Columbia, TN and Matthew Odor (Allison) of Livonia, MI. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
