He is survived by: his children, Nelson Wayne Willis (Jade) of Lebanon, TN, Roger Willis (Dana) of Lafayette, TN, Phillip Willis (April) of Westmoreland, TN, Cyndi Williams (Tracey) of Bethpage, Kyle Willis, Jacob Willis, Gage Willis, Julie Willis, Rachel Willis, Angel Smith, Ashley Williams and Brady Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Shriner's Childrens Hospital.
