We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, at the age of 63, Teresa Karen Simons of Westmoreland, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Edward "H. E." Woodard and Nellie Ogeal Smallwood; her husband Marvin "Chubby" Simons; and her siblings, Ricky Woodard, Buddy Woodard and Doris Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Keshia Troutt, CJ Simons (Robin), Dana Simons (Marie) and Chad Simons (Shana); her grandchildren, Nevaeh Troutt, Avery Simons, Addy Simons, Auburn Simons, Keagan Simons, Amber Sexton (John), Steven Sexton (Macy), Trina Stradtner (Justin), Jessica Scott, Heather Driver (Dylan) and Josh Simons; and her siblings, Joyce Smith, Linda Collins, Janice Stinson and Larry Woodard. She is also survived by her 10 great-great grandchildren; as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
