He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Ray and Lassie Viola Hauskins Howser; and his siblings, Bonnie Stone, Ihia Howser, Diane Harper and Harold Howser.
He is survived by: his children, Windy Hinton (Kevin), Michael Howser and Jarrett Howser (Mary); his grandchildren, Bryant Howser, Jesse Howser, Joshua Howser and Kasie Howser; and his sisters, Sue West (Billy), Patsy Carr (Bill) and Teresa Jett. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
