He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Harrison Troutt; his children, Andrew Ryan Troutt (Kayla Dawn) and Katie Lyn Hall (Kory); his grandchildren, Lauren Trammel (Tyler), Bishop Troutt, Jake Troutt and Eleanor Hall; his great grandchildren, Luke and Noah Trammel; and his siblings, Roger Troutt, Charlie Shaw (Teresa), Fay Ryan (Fred), Ann Slayton (Johnnie), Ruth Ewalt (Steve) and Mama Nora Troutt.
