She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crook and Viola Houchens Crook; her grandchildren, Mary Charlotte Holmes and Jared Colby Holmes; and her siblings, Ralph Crook and Helen Crook.
She is survived by: her children, Rickie Holmes, Gayle Parker, Loretta Cline (Ricky), Jamie Holmes (Angie) and Terry Holmes (Shelley); her grandchildren, Katrina, Shane, Rachel, Heather, Lynn, Leslie, Ashley, Holly and Jaden; and her siblings, William Crook and Irene Holmes. She is also survived by 14 Great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
