She is survived by: her daughters, Dorris of Westmoreland, TN, Karen West of Gallatin, TN and Vickie Slayton of Westmoreland, TN; her grandchildren, Kirk, West, Jennifer, Sullivan, Laura, Bates, Richie, Johnson, Angie, Fisher, Tamara Eden, Dana, Ray, Derrick, Slayton, Danielle, Phillips and Carl "Trey"; and her friend Jeane McCubbin As. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
