She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Tayse; her parents, George Carroll and Marguerite Dunn Carroll; her granddaughter Misty Thompson; her children, Debbie Wix, Danny Humphrey and Dorothy Humphrey; and her siblings, George Carroll, Charles Carroll and Pat Dillback.
She is survived by: her sons, Horace Humphrey and Phil Kuhns; her grandchildren, Steven Thompson, Harley Thompson (Lucas), Zack Thompson, Tiara Thompson, Deanna Humphrey, Dana Humphrey, Christy Humphrey, Allan Humphrey and Lovina Holmes (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Kaylee Holmes.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to help with the funeral expenses.
