She is survived by: her parents, Jonathon Bassham of Westmoreland and Seprina Bassham of Westmoreland; her brother Joey "Tater" Chapman; her grandparents, David Carter, Donna Snow, David Shrum, Freddy Helwig and Debra Helwig; and her great-grandparents, Dean Snow, Linda Snow, Stanley McCaslin, Billie Powers, Linda Shrum and Dewey Shrum.
