He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam B. Morgan and Roberta Morgan; and his sisters, Maureen Franklin and Virginia Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Jocie Ellen Morgan of Westmoreland, TN; his sons, Tony Lewis Morgan (Scarlet), Victor Chadwick Morgan (Ashlee) and Roman Lewis Morgan (Melissa); and his grandsons, Layne Morgan and Nolan Morgan.
