He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Donoho; and his parents, Gerald Dunham and Margaret McGraw Dunham. He is survived by: his son Greg (Heather Dunham); his stepchildren, Tina (Jeff Keisling) and Bryan Swindle of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Garek Dunham (Shannon), Steffen Dunham, Tyler Dunham (Kaci), Callie Dunham and Caitlin Dunham; his stepgrandchildren, Ross Keisling (Stephanie) and Mia Keisling; his sister Donna Crandell (Merwyn); his sister-in-law Jackie Meador (Ricky); and the mother of his children Barbara Gass Dunham Perry (Linda Kuykendall). He is also survived by 9 Great-grandchildren.
