She is survived by: her husband Harold Thomas Smith of Westmoreland; her sons, Tom Smith (Jen) of Knoxville, Glen Smith of Westmoreland and Tim Smith (Kim) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Clay Smith (Aubrey) and Parker Smith; her great grandchild Milo Timothy Smith; and her brother Cee Bee.
