She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lee Williams; her children, Cynthia Duggin, Timothy Williams (Marybeth), Penny Blankenship (Wayne), Tracy Williams (Cyndi), Kimberly Leath (Jeff) and Korey Williams (Linny); and her sister Mary Alice Troutt.
